How the Build Works
The engagement runs in parallel sprints, usually live within seven days. Asphia handles the technical setup and the first copy runs. Your team shadows every step. By the time the handoff call happens, the system has already sent real sequences and your people have approved real emails. There is no ramp period after we leave.
What You Keep
The infrastructure is yours. The Clay tables, sequencer campaigns, reply-classification logic, AI drafting prompts, and reporting dashboards remain in your accounts. You are not renting access to Asphia's tooling. We document the SOPs so a future hire can operate the system.
